Why hire a personal trainer?

A personal trainer can:

  • Help you overcome plateaus in your training, performance, weight loss, etc.
  • Assist in establishing a structured exercise plan
  • Hold you accountable
  • Teach you more about fitness in general
  • Tailor to your specific needs and goals
  • Help establish a habit
  • Increase your motivation during workouts

What you can expect:

Sessions are one hour long from the time your session is scheduled to begin (don’t be late!). During this time, you will warm up, work out and report back to me on any assignments you had since our last meeting. Yes, you will have “homework.” This will help you establish the habits that will sustain your results. What you do outside the gym is just as important as what you do inside it and since I can’t follow you around all day, you will be responsible for implementing your lifestyle changes while you’re on your own.

Pricing:*

1-2 sessions/week$30/hour
3-5 sessions/week$25/hour

*Pricing is all per person. Personal Training is available for 1-2 people at a time.
